You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
Special provision for QR code products and adhesive films:
Please note that your right of withdrawal expires once the QR code (Lebensecho) of the product has been scanned or the adhesive film has been peeled off. These actions lead to a personalization or alteration of the goods, which excludes the right of withdrawal.

Sending your withdrawal declaration in time before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by you that is more expensive than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made after receiving the returned goods or after proof of return, whichever comes first. The refund will be initiated without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or proof of return. We will use the same payment method for the refund as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be incurred by you.
Return of goods:
You are obligated to return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back within the 14-day period. You will bear the cost of returning the goods. If the goods suffer a loss of value due to improper handling, you will be liable for this loss if the handling was not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and whose production requires an individual selection or determination by you, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs. The right of withdrawal is also excluded for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
